This company has thrived off of signed contracts that state "All payment non refundable" Dont be victim find a company that will work with a deposit and take full responsibility for their product and installations. Most granite companies work only with a deposit. Rock Tops is the exeption. They want all the mpney up fron with a signed contract that states
